Dress the way you would for a client meeting or a day in front of patients. Mid-tone solids are the safest choice; skip loud prints, big logos and stark white, which can wash out under lights. Pack a second jacket or top so we can give you a couple of looks, and check that everything is pressed and sits well at the shoulders.
How much time should I set aside?
Plan on 30 minutes for an individual session. That leaves room for a wardrobe change without feeling rushed. On a team day, most people are in front of the camera for only five to ten minutes before heading back to their desk.
Can you photograph our whole office in Queensbury?
Yes. We set up lights and a backdrop in a conference room, break room or spare office, and staff sign up for short slots across the day. Everyone is photographed with the same light and background, so your website and directory match.
